  Word means it. You order one car, get another. No excuses nothing just mean words starting with not my fault, take or f++king leave. Budget is zero budget. And complains... No... They send you from one phone nr to another, back and forth, back and forth. Playing ball of stupidity between them. How long you can take this to win? Seems takes ages. First and last time dealing with this nonsense. Stupidity rules. Customer service guy ignoring who came first, cause... Oh.. We don't have your car. Take bike and drive home. Bye. Pfff.
