  Worst service ever! My mother in law asked the sales person for a drill machine and he gave screwdriver machine. Then we went to the shop to return the product. So we got now the right machine BUT then again we can't use the it because there is lacking (that tip thing). They should have recommend the things to be bought in order for the machine to work. We have talked to 2 salesmen what we needed but they didn't bother to give more time to help us.

  Very large collection of day to day use items and hardware. Good offers also sometimes.

  They have a very large amount and variety of products, which is nice, but my experiences with the staff is that they can be very dismissive of you rather than friendly and helpful.

  Very helpful and friendly staff. Easy to navigate store and find what you are looking for. The best Clas Ohlson in downtown Oslo, and also the one with the longest opening hours.
