::Went here to get my car's (Ford C-Max) oil changed on the way to the Northern Cape. Drove more than 5000km to Tromsø without a single problem. You should think changing a car's oil is a quick and easy process. It took them four hours to get my car started again. Somehow they got air into the fuel system and they tried to start it over and over again. At some point one of their employee's walked past me with another battery to connect to my car (probably drained mine). When I finally got the car back, I continued my drive North on the same day and the problems started. The car lost power randomly on the drive, the check engine light came on and it started badly. Went to a Ford dealership and had to have the battery replaced. It still started badly and it turns out the starter was broken and possibly damage to the injection system. So far I have repairs of about 6000NOK lined up to fix what they broke during a simple oil change! If there's actually damage to the injection system (should show during the next couple of days), it will be far more. If your oil filter is in a hard to reach place and requires disassembling anything, definitely don't go here!
