  Stay away!!!! Just received email a day after drop off of damage. The damage is a tiny scratch on the front bumper smaller than a finger nail. Luckily I had paid nearly £100 more to remove excess otherwise I could have faced £1500 charge. The ironic part is I have a picture before I got in the car showing the 'damage'. There must be 10-15 scratches like this one already on the car. Why did they decide this one merits damage. Anyway if this is the way they play you will have to spend a good amount of time snapping every inch of the car. If I had not taken the excess insurance's they would have won out because it's my word vs theirs and they can claim the picture was fabricated. Terrible people and terrible company. Most good car renral companies like Enterprise have a damage templates that allows for scratches, chips and dents about 40mm in diameter.

  Fraudsters! Avoid at all cost. This was the worst rental experience of my life. I agree with the other poster who said they would not do a walk through on the damage of the car and then I was hit with a bill for additional damage for scratches under the bumper. They refused to provide a bill to my insurance company of the work actually being completed, so they are likely to do this to someone else with the same damage. On top of that they were extremely rude. Even if they appear cheaper so many hidden costs and then the fraudulent claims make them a disaster. Save your sanity and go with a different company.

  I do not recommend this society. After weekly renting a car in August, my invoices for repairs are going through December, which are totally useless. As a new bonnet varnish damaged from the stones of other cars. Varnish on the front plastic, which is under the car. Abraded cast wheels on the curb. The car cost $ 720 for a week. We had two cars to rent. That's $ 1440. Invoices that we have to pay have already been for $ 1760. This company has no chance with me. That's why I would like to discourage all those who think about it a little.

  Flott service fra damen i skranken hyggelig og grei smilende og blid . Hentet bilen så jeg slapp å gå tilbake til parkeringshuset . Kan anbefales.
