  My wife got her wedding ring here. They did the engraving wrong on the ring and then took 3 weeks to fix it. We made a terrible decision and decided to get my wedding ring there too. We needed to have the order complete in two weeks and they assured us it would be done on time. However, when we went to pick up my ring, they messed up the order AGAIN. They started to lie and insisted I ordered the sparkle finish on my ring (seriously a sparkle finish). There was no time to fix the ring so the gold smith down the road sold me a new ring, just like the one I wanted. Now, Gullfunn is refusing to refund my purchase for a ring I didn't order. They won't return my text or emails. They still have the ring and have stolen my money. They are liars and thieves.
