Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about train times, ticket prices and discounts which we as students took advantage of. The station itself and platforms were well maintained and there was plenty of indication of when trains would be and for which platform they would depart from. There are plenty of facilities and shops inside the station, most of which contain seats which you can use if you need to wait.

Located in the heart of the city. If you are reaching Oslo in ship the central station will be in the walking street right across the Oslo Opera. The station has numerous shopping outlets and fast food options. Most of the major cities of Norway is connected with Oslo central station.

Great station, but I didn't get to see much! Everything (shops) are closed for Easter weekend. The trains work just fine, luckily. The station is easy to understand with a decent layout. I wish I could have gone shopping to see the sights and bring home a bit of Norway.

Main station of the city with lot many convenience stores, coffee shops and have small shopping center also inside of it. Huge display in the center with arrival and departure information. Helpdesk is also available and have multiple entry/exits. Metro station is also in the underground and accessible from within the station. Taxi stands are there on all exits. Overall big, clean and managed station.

One of the best stations I have ever visited. It has got almost all the amenities required for a traveller. Not to forget is the self service cloak room, you can store your suitcases for your day travel in the city for a mere fee. It has ample of shopping for the travelers and also has a food court for them. Opera house is a must see which is a 2 minute walk from the Oslo central station. Also the airport express train to and from the airport is a very convenient travel option.
