Hotel under construction, good view, quiet place. Looks like the hotel ran away from the 80s! Will stay here next time too, since its close to Fiskebrygga and city centrum.

The hotel it self seems a bit old. You had to change elevator to get to second floor, when going to the resturant/breakfast. The rooms are out of date. It seems like they are upgrading some rooms, not sure. The staff is really nice. The enterance at this point is a bit hard to find, as you have to look for a door with a note saying "hotel enterance here"

If you get the top room we got, you will have an amazing terrace overlooking the city and water and you really then don't wanna go anywhere else - that's how a hotel should make you feel. The room itself is very retro 80's style, but enormous, so it works really well. Then it is Radisson, so you get free WiFi and a free (good) breakfast is normally included, so all in all a good experience for us. Parking was a bit expensive, but you're in Norway, everything is expensive (and also mostly lovely) there.

Clean rooms with kettles, ironing and such. Service was also good. The free breakfast was great, lots of variety with hot food. The view from the room looked over the shipping yard which was a bit odd but it's not unpleasant.

Friendly staff, very efficient check-in. I received a complimentary room upgrade to a Business Class room as a Club Carlson Concierge member, but not a welcome gift (as per the terms). Nice view. The rooms are somewhat dated. I would probably stay again.
