  Nice hotel with really friendly staff. I would recommend for a stay before leaving for the airport (I arrived from another part of Norway for work). The airport bus stops literally right outside the hotel, it was really convenient. Plus since I was leaving before breakfast started, the reception staff arrange to have a breakfast box made up for me. Rooms are nice and clean

  The food was very tasty. A big variety of anything you want with awesome coffe machine. But I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There were layers of dust on the lamp and table. Which is no go for me in any kind of hotel, no matter how many stars it has.

  Clean rooms and great facilities including ice machine and even shoe polisher I believe on each floor. The hotel's location is excellent being right in the centre of the city within minutes of entrance to Fløyen. It's also worth it to have breakfast at the hotel as they offer a great selection of quality food at their buffet including brown cheese. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

  Have been there a few times. Some rooms look a bit outdated, especially the ones for the disabled. But they are clean. Breakfast is outstanding. Lots of choice and very fresh. In some periods it can be very busy. The hotel is located in, which I think, the most beautyful area of Bergen. And of course, like in many Norwegian hotels, the staff is very friendly. Last, in the hotel is a restaurant which is very good. One of the best in Bergen.

  Fantastic hotel with a great location. Walking distance to anything you could possibly want to do in Bergen. Staff was kind and rooms were clean. Airport bus shuttle stops directly out front. Breakfast is incredible, and it's complimentary with the stay. Must stay here if you are coming to Bergen!
