  Good place to pick up groceries and easy meals: they have meal ideas where you can pick a meat, a sauce, a bag of vegetables, and some kind of rice or pasta to have a quick meal you can fix back at home. These meal ideas are usually less than 100 NOK for a family of 4, so it's a lot cheaper than eating out.

  Great store, large selection. We are just visiting Tromso and our local friends advised us that this was one of the best stores for general groceries and fruit. They were right, and the prices very reasonable (we are from London, so that's the comparison). The store itself was clean, well maintained with nice displays of their goods on offer. Very friendly and pleasant staff who were quite helpful. Highly recommended.
