  While in Norway a few months back me and my girlfriend visited The Well while in Oslo when we first arrived. It was a really great experience, would recommend it to anyone local or visiting. Loved it so much we went back again before we flew out of Norway🙌🏾 Amazing for the price! Food was great, staff were really good and the cleanliness of the entire place was excellent 👌🏾

  Good. The service is almost always good. But hardly anything is being done to communicate important points of spa etiquette to all guests, such as the need to be quiet and to shower properly and without clothing. The quality of treatments is inconsistent. On one occasion I received a very lazy massage, and on at least one other one that was cut short. The food is of varying quality. I therefore now make safer choices, such as pizza and soup. That is to say, dry fish, chewy meat, in my experience at least. The service in the cafeteria is a bit clumsy. The music, in the saunas, when they put scented ice on the oven and waive towels around, is uncultured and prevents the relaxation that seems to be the whole point of the exercise from being brought about.

  Quality facilities and service--from the changing rooms to the restaurant. Pools and saunas vary, but all are world class and always Clean.

  So many different things to do! Very clean. Spirits available and the best kind of wholesome nudity! Loved it.

  Booked to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Unsure what to expect as we were not experienced ‘spa’ people but the whole day was exceptional: from the friendly staff, good food, excellent facilities to the totally relaxed atmosphere it was a day to remember. I can’t imagine this is anything other than a world class spa. The nude/swimming costume question is really just not an issue in practice, the atmosphere was so relaxed and open that it really just didn’t matter what you chose to do. We both had a fantastic time and it was one of the most relaxing days we’ve had ever. It really was that good!
