::Personel is not educated about gym rules ,freezing membership is not that easy as they say : -Hello, We've given you wrong information when you signed up with us, sorry! Your faktura has been sent to you. Regards Marte This is the answer from customer service .That answer basicly means -Well We told U wrong but We dont care anyway. When I join I was told that freezing is possible anytime ,then when I have try to freez I was told it must be before next payment ,and then when I ask before next payment I was told its not possible without doctor documentation. At the end I have send U what I think: "-Your sorry is not helping Me .Proper busines owner will do everything to keep customer.Now U see that I cancel membership and U do nothing to keep Me with U . U loosing potencial 7000kr coz U cant afford to loose 600kr. U missinformed Me and U dont take responsibility for Ur mistake." And for this I did not get any answer.
