  You need a prior appointment at this bank even for you to ask couple of questions regarding opening a bank account or anything else. I could only see two/three people at work. Also, most importantly, this branch does not have any cash if you want to withdraw some from your account. This can be important if you are new to Norway, opened a bank account and did not yet receive any kind of card from the bank.
