::Waited for 12 minutes to pay after using the "express" print service. 1 of the 4 metal fasteners for the 15x20 frame I bought snapped in two, and it turns out that the 15x20 printed photos don't fit inside the 15x20 frames, so I had to trim the foto with a pair of scissors. The result wasn't fantastic. Lesson learned: do it yourself, at home.
