::Holdbart is a supermarket that sells exclusively surplus food, that is food that is in good conditions but that for different reasons, cannot be sold through conventional channels (for example seasonal food, food with short shelf life, over production, etc). Because of being surplus, the food available is always different. The prices are amazing compared to traditional supermarkets. You can also fins products not usually sold at traditional supermarkets, i including bulk products. Even though is a bit far from Oslo there is parking available and bus connection to the local train station. Good for the pocket and the environment!
