  This hotel is in a unbelievably fantastic location and the view of the legendary Olso Fjord is spectacular especially if you get a room with a Fjord view. There are few things more beautiful than being awaken in the morning by the sun rising across the Fjord. This is not your run-of-the-mill chain hotel whilst it is not a luxury hotel it is certainly very well appointed the staff are very happy to go out of their way to help you in any way they can. There is a pantry in the reception for snacks in the restaurant is very good value for money. There is also an on-site spa which is also extremely high quality and good value for money. If you're really daring you can go for a swim in the fjord. From experience this really gets your blood pumping :-)

  Great place, good food, good wine, nice staff. All in all a very nice place for a Sunday lunch. The view is stunning and the pier is a very nice place to be on a sunny day.

  Amazing. Every year the family visits this hotel multiple times during the summer. They serve high quality food and beverages, the staff is super friendly. Especially the lady working in the spa, which has an incredibly low cost of entrance. The only things to prepare for are the prices, in true Norwegian fashion the meals may cost a little but the quality and taste is well worth it. Outside theres plenty of seating and if you want to experience a typical Norwegian summer when it comes to swimming and tanning you can here. You are left to yourself and can spend lazy days in the sun with all the comforts of a resort hotel.
