::Like all hospitals, there are tons of pros and cons, yet we are lucky in Tønsberg to have this. My *personal* experience has been almost all positive. Could have much better parking options - and not have to pay a private company for parking outside a public hospital!

::My fiancee collapsed while visiting friends in kvelde,the care that the staff gave her was amazing,they saved her life,they even let me stay in the same room,brought me in a bed and looked after us both for a whole week.thank you so much to ALL the staff

::The birth of our first child was an exceptional experience. We felt safe, cared for, informed and attended to during our entire stay at the hospital. From the options of rooms, birthing devices, and methods of pain relief. To the staff that acted as guides, attended to our needs and wants and wishes, informed us about everything about birth and being new parents, always had time for our questions, were very thoughtful and well trained in dealing with people who are experiencing a life changing situation. We couldn't be happier with the staff from the midwives to the assistants and doctors to the cafeteria staff and the receptionists. We had a great experience.
