::Beutiful cafe restaurant and bar. It's one the oldest in the area, from the 1900, the interior is classic and sophisticated

::The service was excellent and the food delicious. This is a great option for dinner.

::One of Oslo's classical cafes, if not *the* classical one! The literati and artists of Christiania used to frequent the spacious dining hall, and the walls are littered with signed celebrity photos/drawings. No longer 'just' a cafĂ©, nowadays they serve international level three-course gourmet, and especially on Norway's national day May 17 this is the place to celebrate. The portions are abundant despite being gourmet, the waiters are honestly friendly (not stiff upper lip at all)...and after eating, the piano starts playing while everybody stands up to sing the national anthem. Not a budget place for sure, but neither is it insane (for being Norway mind you). NB: For May 17, it's necessary to book months in advance. In short, for what you get, this is an Oslo must. ::I was here with my Norwegian friends and my Australian boyfriend at beats&brunch last Sunday. The vibe was really cool and the prices at the brunch was good, but we got really shocked when the waitress didnât want to speak English to me and my Aussie boyfriend and told us to speak Norwegian when my boyfriend obviously doesnât know a word. This ruined the vibe for us when the waitress didnât even excuse her behavior.

::A fine dinning restaurant in Olso. It's supposed to the best and it's not cheap. But worth every penny. Good was amazing.
