::Nice hotel located centrally in Oslo. Breakfast was very good also. Coffee available all day, snack from 3 pm. Also, dinner included from a small buffet. Rooms were not very big, but good. Also Reccomend to upgrade to the room with a veranda during summer.

::Nice room, good location. It's also cool that they include a late meal in the room rate but I didn't use that amenity so I can't review the quality.

::After a early morning tour of the Fjords in Flam and a 6 hour train ride to Oslo. I was looking forward to a relaxing evening at the hotel. After checking in I was then told they have no television service and not all the rooms have internet. To make matters worse the receptionist says they can't guarantee service will be restored tomorrow. It's now 10:45 pm and I ask her if they have room service or any where in the hotel we could get something to eat? Her answer is no, and directs me to the 711 on the corner. My husband and I now go to our room. Once we opened the door I almost died! Well that Deluxe Room I had my agent book had hardly any walking space after putting in four suitcases! Can't wait to get out of this hotel Sunday morning. This was a total waste of money and would not recommend this hotel. Looks great in pictures but, so deciving!! Go to the Grand Hotel!!

::Accommodation was fine - nothing special. We got to our room with a half drunk bottle of water in there from the last guests. The dinner was delicious and the bathroom was lovely. Bed was comfy. Staff were accommodating and lovely when we asked for two extra pillows.
