::Stayed in a private room with bunk bed and private toilet for one night. No complaints- generally clean and bright with blackout curtains and was quiet. Kind staff and delicious breakfast, well worth it. Great atmosphere

::Upmarket hostel in great location. Excellent breakfast. Modern and clean. We stayed in a room with bathroom and very happy. Only suggestion is to change soap in dispenser as dried out skin after 2 hand washes.

::Location is excellent, prices are good and rooms are clean. Administration however is a mess. I arrived at 10am and dropped my bag as the room wasnât ready. I asked for a bottom bunk in the hostel room and was told this will be fine. Got back at 6pm, and was told all bottom bunks were taken. The next morning I got an email that I was a no-show. Went to reception, they took about 10 mins to âcorrect itâ. I was again told there are no bottom bunks for my second night either because they are fully booked. Later that day I get back to find my bed undone and linen removed, apparently their system still didnât register me there. Plus, there were all new folks in the room so clearly there were available bunks they could have given me. A few days later I got a no-show email from the site I booked them through, so this was never corrected.

::Good for budget hotel. Clean. Breakfast is nice. But washing basin in my room is clogged. I have informed but no action.

::I got stuck in Oslo for 25 days as I lost my wallet with all my documents and I found this hostel. Amazing service, facilities are always clean. The staff is so good that you could not believe it. Breakfast is one of the best I've ever had. Do not hesitate to chose this place, highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here if I ever come back to Oslo.
