  Nice room with a comfortable bed. TV and WiFi absolutely fine. Well lit, relaxing swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna area. Gym looked well equipped with free weights and some machines. Were flexible and allowed us to check out late at short notice. Friendly staff.

  It had what we needed for our stay. Nice room and also the extra bed for our child was comfortable. Relaxing swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Got to charge our EV in the garage. Breakfast like most hotels. Bicycle available but they are in bad shape.

  If you only see the hotel from the outside you will never expect what‘s inside. It‘s a super modern place to stay. The rooms are clean. The service nice and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast in the covered in-yard but the only thing I missed were soy or oat milk for vegan people. But in general it is a very nice place to stay.

  This review is specially for Karoline. Just her service alone is worth 5 stars. We came in at around 7pm and she’s alone at the reception area. We bombarded her with tons of questions about Stavanger and our tour and hike to the Pulpit Rock. She answered them with enthusiasm and willingness. Also, we ordered room service and she had to serve us as well. The shocking part? She had to bring the food up as well. In many hotels, when a staff needs to do so much tasks for a customer personally, like it or not, they will get irritated. It’s just human nature. But NOT her! She provided us all we need with a genuine smile. And she even joked that she’s Super hero that’s why she can multi task so well under such pressure. In the event that she ever wants a service job in Singapore, just look for us. We will employ her without a question. This hotel chain is extremely lucky to have such a dedicated staff!

  Excellent hotel. Staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast really good and plenty. Rooms excellent standard .everything you could need for a enjoyable stay .
