  I came over about 3 times in order to return my car (during opening hours) and they werrent at the office. The office is also hard to find. They put a "im on a break, be back soon" Sign, with a Phone number that said the office is closed. The least you can do is be open...

  Long wait to check-in. Downgrade on the car category booked and payed for. We booked and payed for a Golf or similar and got a Skoda Rapid, noisy and with uncomfortable seats.

  Keep away! Europcar and cartrawler is a horrible combination. I cancelled my trip within time to get fully refunded but "unfortunately" something went wrong in the communication between the two companies and 4 months later I still didn't get a single NOK back. None of them take responsibility even though Europcar admit I did everything right and I should have the money back. Lawyers from the European consumer center are now on the case. Just keep away if you don't want to lose your time.
