  I was warned by the previous reviews that this location is hard to find (and it is!). When I mentioned this at the pickup location (Oslo Airport) she gave me the attached leaflet. For drop-off, the parking (P-Hus) entrance is directly left of address 'Dronning Eufemias gate 6' I did not like there was no agent down in the parking to accept and inspect the car, so had to wait 3-4 days to get the final invoice by email to know all was fine.

  Rented a car from Hertz in Oslo, to drive to Sweden. I accidentally scratched the rim on one of the front wheels, and it was a small schrath only. Two days after I leaved it back, the accused me of schratcing BOTH of the front wheels, which was totally wrong to a cost of 350€. I am very sure that if you as a customer do any kind of damage to their cars, they overcharging just to make money. We were 5 people in the car, and they thought it was horrible done by Hertz and way overpriced. Will never rent from them again, and I hope no one else out there does either.

  Poor instruction to reach the drop off point, suggest to provide detail description or map for better indication.
