::On having them do routine work, they decided to replace unrelated parts (tensioner) which doubled the work bill. They justified this by saying it was making noise. It was actually a known issue with a waterpump which I was replacing myself. They did not call for authorization (they text appointments, so they HAD the number) on purchasing the parts nor for the labor. I will **not** take a car here again for work. The parts people are knowledgeable and otherwise pleasant. I will continue to do business with them in that aspect.
