::Have called these several times about a case, talked to total of 6 people. All consistently rude and seem annoyed about whatever you say or ask. When I finally got through they said they would call me back with a date and time for a meeting, they never called. I called back and they told me that my first call wasn't even registered. I don't think it's possible to do a worse job if you even tried
