::Terrible customers service! Brought kamado grill last summer. Iron cast grade cracked with in first few week's. Then later ceramic fire ring, from top cover paint comes off.. When I contacted rusta they asked" how grill bin stored" Grill are in use often,in manual nothing written than shouldn't used during winter.. So since I use it there is no such a thing as storage..only rain cover.even known that some parts broke fast.. customer service answer that I dont follow manual. Dont get tricked by lower price..do some research because original kamado have life time warranty for inside grill parts
