  Terrible customers service! Brought kamado grill last summer. Iron cast grade cracked with in first few week's. Then later ceramic fire ring, from top cover paint comes off.. When I contacted rusta they asked" how grill bin stored" Grill are in use often,in manual nothing written than shouldn't used during winter.. So since I use it there is no such a thing as storage..only rain cover.even known that some parts broke fast.. customer service answer that I dont follow manual. Dont get tricked by lower price..do some research because original kamado have life time warranty for inside grill parts

  Good prices. Good staff. Some products are of not to great quality but it comes with the price I guess.
